Two months and no registration

I have purchased my Vehicle 08/28/2020, almost two months and haven't gotten my registration. I've just been told they have just filed it. I do Uber for living and I've been out of work for 2 months because of the negligence. They keep givong me different stories and blame the Governor for delay, bec she changed the law. I found out they didn't even file User's recommendation: Don't do it.
