Two cameras

I paid $69.85 for the two cameras on August 23 2016. An email was sent saying the order was prepaired and another would be sent when it was shipped. Nothing happened. I have had emails since saying that pay pal was holding their money and would not release it. I don't have a PayPal account that I know of.
