twin pure sleep mattress

I purchased a twin pure sleep mattress in March of 2018. The salesman told us that there was a warranty on it. That if you did not care for the item after trying it out it could be returned. It's been over a month now since I bought the mattress, & I wake up everyday with a back ache. I work all day & my back hurts real bad!! This mattress is not a good fit for me, especially the price I paid for it. Is there anything that can be done about this, I would love to sleep at night!! Thank you Christine Emerson
