Tv turning off byself

So onn found tv to be defective by warranty department and refunded tv purchase price. Due to it being a Black Friday deal I can not even repurchase tv . I guess it is in there best interest to refund verse replace due to cost difference. I will never buy another onn product again. You can not even talk to claim but only by email. User's recommendation: Find a better product.
