TV software not functioning properly

Update by user Mar 28, 2021 I received the 3rd TV on March 10th. So far I have had to call 4 times for the exact same reasons as before: the new TV has shut itself off in the middle of a program, the audio fails to work, power light is on but the screen is black. Original review posted by user Feb 24, 2021 Purchased a Vizio OLED 55 " in September, just released. TV would randomly turn off, not turn on , or had no audio. Built up documentation , Vizio replaced the TV in Nov. The problem continued, I asked for a refund February 18th, 2021 as this is obviously a software issue. They denied the refund and want to send me a 3rd TV. I asked how many time this was going to happen and the response was until they exhausted very possibility. They would not give me any idea of what else they would do other than 'sub" the TV. Not sure what that mean's however there is no substitute as this is a brand new line. I didn't pay 1300.00 to get anything other than an OLED. There is a software issue and sending me more TV's is not going to solve the problem. User's recommendation: Do not purchase this product as they have not worked out the kinks.
