Bought a TV on Kogan on the 10th of May. They sent me a beautiful email saying its been dispatched. Had to chase it down coz 2 weeks later, no tracking info. Chased it down and they promised to send me another one last week........ Surprise surprise.... 27th May till 1st of May and no one has sent me anything. How do you deal with such? They slapped me with a $20 credit last week. Bought a hair drier that came 2 days later. How do they do this?? User's recommendation: It’s complicated.
