Tuttle automotive shady practices

My Jeep was would not start. I called Tuttle and had them tow the Jeep to their shop for repair. The first problem I had with them is that they treated my Jeep like a 4wd (which it was not, I had to correct the tow driver when he was hooking up my vehicle). In all fairness Tuttle reported the problem as a sensor that needed repair that would cost about $116 (the tow and the sensor). That seemed fair. However, while my Jeep was parked on their lot, they were vandalized and my rear window was shot out. They didn't contact me, I had to call them to ask what happened. They replaced my rear window but left shattered glass all over the back of my vehicle. They also installed the wrong rear window, leaving off the defrost in error. I realize the vandalism wasn't their fault however a responsible business would call the owner right away and not try to hide what happened. So far that experience had been frustrating. Then after my Jeep was 'repaired'. I drove it home and it didn't start again the next day. So I had to pay to have it retowed and rediagnosed all over again. Their only response was that I drove my Jeep away so they did their job. If it didn't start again that wasn't their fault. The owner Mike Tuttle was disrespectful and only cared about getting money not fixing the problem. I wouldn't recommend using their services for anything.
