Turned my mortgage over to Cenlar

Update by user Aug 14, 2019 Citibank turned over all their mortgages to this company named Cenlar to handle them. Cenlar claims they tried to contact me through mailing about my insurance status of my home which was not the case because I never got any notices. I've had my mortgage paid on time for the last 17 years and have also had my house insured at all times in that period.Cenlar took it upon themselves to take money out of my account to put into an escrow for payment to cover the cost to insure my home that is already covered.Note if they took over handling my mortgage they should also have my phone contact info and my email.I feel if this letter they supposedly sent wasn't certified they should have taken a little time to email or try to call to verify this action they took before doing this. It's a shame because I was very happy with citi mortgage for many years until these people took over. I also want to add that the representative that I spoke to was a very unprofessional nasty woman that basically interrogated me and really tried to belittle me and tried hard to treat me like I was a dead beat dealing to a collection agent instead of trieing to rectify their error.They never mailed me anything and they should seriously look into refining their communications skills and who the hire to deal with loyal and moral clients.
