I did a gentle bleach was not a full bleach. After the box dye my hair was very damaged. I called the Clairol help line twice. I was told to...

"I have purchased numerous 6 packs of 16oz. bottles of 7up. In the last two packages I purchases there have been at least 3 bottles that were not sealed. The whole cap came of and the 7up is flat."
