I have collected funds in excess of 100,000 in Citibank. A couple days ago while trying to transfer 25,000 to my account I found out I could transfer up to 10,000 at a time and up to 15,000 per month. At that rate it would take 10 months to get my money back. Marcus through Goldman Sachs has withdrawal issues. Had I known of the complications of withdrawals at Citibank I would never have open an account. I asked to close my account and they said can send me a cashiers check for balance in 10 to 15 days. This is the worst banking experience ever, almost like holding your money hostage. Avoid their accelerated savings account. User's recommendation: Avpid this bank, I like my credit card with them but will close that as well.
