I went in late March 2020 for an oil change and was told my spark plugs were bad and my coolant needed to be changed. I have a family mechanic who does this work for me. I took my car to him late March 2020 and had all the spark plugs replaced and the coolant checked...it was still good for -20 below zero. I went back for an oil change mid June 2020 and was told that my spark plugs were all bag and that the coolant was worse and said I should have taken care of this before when they offered. I didn't tell them that I had a family mechanic take care of it. I am just mad that they thought a woman coming into their store could be fooled. I will not ever go back again to Car X and I have been taking my cars there for over 13 years. User's recommendation: If you are a woman, don't fall for their up-sells, take your car somewhere else and get it checked out.
