After filing a brief in Mt. Laurel NJ. PHH finally admitted they were not going to send out my check for 30 + working days. They next told me that PHH will send out my check with a UPS tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number PHH provided that a package was delivered on February 15 to Miami one day before they said that on February 16 the check was drawn. The next day PHH gave me a new UPS tracking number and surely PHH would make good. However the new tracking number showed another package being delivered to Greenville, N.C. The escalating management couldnt explain. Finally when I called PHH told me they mailed the check by USPS. Before being served I received my check in the mail. My Best advice stay away from Ocwen and PHH the same company.
