Trying to get auto policy cancelation

Requested auto be removed from policy and cancelled on May 3rd. Tried sending several messages with no reply. Finally got in contact May 15th. Before they cancelled had to go thru bs email to fill out cancellation info authorization. This is the only company I have had to go thru so much bs and red tape nonsense to get a policy cancelled. Utterly ridiculous.. User's recommendation: They say pay for only what you need. However no one needs to have to pay for the crap you have to deal with just to cancel a damn policy.
