My 19 year old daughter Kate has been in Haiti volunteering at Providence of God orphanage for the last 6 months and was scheduled to fly out of Port au Prince to Miami today and due to rioting, gang roadblocks and violence she is unable to reach the airport. I had booked her a room for Oct 1st., tonight, through Priceline at Sleep Inn in Miami Springs, Florida because she had an overnight layover and when I talked to both Priceline and Sleep Inn they say that there no possible way to get a refund. Is this really true given the circumstances of my daughter having no way to get there? Thanks for your consideration!
