Trying to change an appointment today …. yesterday I missed the confirming call on Mother’s Day can transfer change or give back to my daughter I made this appointment three weeks earlier

No customer friendly support and its your dollar .... cant get there and now cant change I was a loyal member same as my daughter today .... I lost two massages there when my card on file expired and I couldnt use one of two visits without giving a new card!!! Today I cannot get there and cannot transfer or give back!!! Man ... its definitely about the dollar with massage envy ... I know now. I will use this service User's recommendation: Nope never.
