Trying to cancel a subscription

Yvonne Hain is recently deceased. I am simply trying to cancel her subscription to good housekeeping. You dont make this easy. As a matter of fact you make it impossible. Shame on you. She has no email address. So I can not set up an account for my dead mom. No one answers your phones. Im sure you would blame that on Covid. Why not. Everyone else does. So, cancel her subscription please. Thank you User's recommendation: Don’t subscribe, there’s no way to get out.
