Update by user Aug 03, 2021 My terrible experience with jet blue was never solved because I was never able to contact anybody after hours of waiting on line and then to be disconnected. Terrible Original review posted by user Aug 03, 2021 My flight was canceled many times chancing time all day long and made me waiting in a small waiting gate with no chairs available left to sit and considering that I have several medical condition and I got so sick and tired for 12 hours living me on stand by ticket. Shame on you jet blue for non consider a disable person and be treated terrible and rude from the User's recommendation: Think before book with jet blue because once you book and they take your money they forget about you!
