Difficulty ordering/Even kicked out via paypal!!

Several attempts to order and even got a confirmation e-mail with order number many times. One of the times I ordered, I paid through PayPal which was an option. Mains Plug

Purchased a sonic brush but it came with a 3 pin plug. This cannot be plugged in a shaver socket. Why is Phillips supplying this with such an expensive brush. Phillips in UAE do not help at all. User’s recommendation: Check before you buy.
