Update by user Mar 24, 2021 *Terrible* Original review posted by user Mar 24, 2021 1. Shark never returned an email, phone call or message. 2. I ordered about 10 vacuums from them and never received a tracking number, and two weeks later they magically appear. A day after I received all ten tracking numbers. This company is the worst!!!! A big fat F User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
