i booked my ticket online and had my receipt and everything . i get to the hotel and the man at the front desk is already talking to me with an attitude because hes mad about something else . i tell him i have my hotel already booked and he asked me for my id and says im underaged . but online they told me all i would need is my card that i paid for it with and the itinerary. then he precedes to say he cant do it even though im telling him that the person coming to the hotel with me is already of age . now i cant get any of my money back or a hotel and i dont like that . i at least need my money back User's recommendation: don’t book through expedia or sheraton hotel.
