I started this journey to buy a spare trivet for my Air Fryer....? It seemed such a ` simple ' request ...?? Well since Nov 1,2020, I have been trying to get to someone to make an order, everything and everyone BUT...??? I`ve made over a dozen calls, I get put on `forget' and then after some 30-40 min I get cut off....( no personnel interaction.) Email requests get Zero response too....?? All this for a $ 20.00 part ...???? Then I finally get a response that my question is pasted on, and again no one gets back to me with where to place an order, just, please call CS ( and back into the circle of no return..?) I guess the bottom line is, there is no CS, throw the Air Fryer away and buy another product from some other manufacturer....??? All for something so `simple'.... G User's recommendation: Buy some where else......
