Trimmer line comes out

Piece of *** product - live in Alaska and probably used less than a half-dozen times per season on light yard trimming. Customer service absolutely no help. 2016 **-** out of warranty - dont have receipt, but know I have not had it that long - will never buy another Black and decker product User's recommendation: Do not waste your money.
