Made phone contact with a Sunjoy Rep and she that an Engineer will contact me about a replacement for my canopy. No phone call was received. Made severals calls and the message said to leave a message on their online call site. After 3 attemps, no calls was received. Big lots Rep said that Sunjoy was bought out, so the rep sent them an email. no one has contacted me. Then I sent sent an email to the the new Owner. to date no one has contacted me. User's recommendation: Do not purchase any Items until the new owners get their act together.
