Tried to charge me twice for a dressdre

I bought a dress from them .and it didn't fit .so I sent it back for an exchange when I didn't hear from them in 4 weeks I called.and the. Customer service told me to wait longer .its on its way.and that's all she could tell me.then I got a message on my phone saying that I needed to pay for the dress again.so I called them again.and the agent said that I couldn't have the dress unless I played again.so I asked her to please refund my money, and she said ok she wou would w message
