I got notification for renewal March 13th 2020. I no longer wanted their services after issue with a credit card. I called and cancelled my account and got a confirmation number. I want an email to confirm my cancellation, the lady said you'll get one the day of your renewal. Today I got notification from my credit card company that I was charged $280.41 on my credit card. I never received the email from LifeLock about my cancellation. I reported it to my credit card company and gave him the confirmation number. Also I have a voice recording of the lady telling me it would be cancelled and giving me the authorization code number. User's recommendation: I wouldn't use LifeLock *** poor services!!!!
