Tree fell on power lines taking days to get repaired

A tree limb fell on our power line and ripped the conduit pipe from our house. They promptly came out and removed the power line and the meter from the house. No instructions from the guys who came from Sawnee EMC. We had an electrician our the same day and although they say they have people working over the weekend, nobody came out. User's recommendation: Find a new provider.
