Four customers had to wait 45 minutes on a manager because they were in a meeting, then comes up with a very poor attitude, said I was yelling , not true I don't do that , I deal with ppl at work also, said I was cussing, didn't know when I said he. Was *** ppl off was cussing, when I saw he was being rude and unprofessional I told him I would just talk to the district manager he shoved his phone in my face and said here use my phone, this is while I was walking out mind you. Then said I'm not buying guns there no more. I bet I spend 3000.00 a year there.
