Date: July 12, 2021 Client Name: Aidan Anthony Description: I stayed at Travelodge Barrie on Bayfield July 12, 2021 for a night as I needed somewhere just to sleep and shower as I had not showered all day at work. When I got there, I was not warned the water would be yellow / brown. This included the toilet (which I thought was pee from a previous customer before), the sink and the shower. I contacted Travelodge the day after as I fell asleep when I got there, and have simply been ignored almost a month later. I would like some sort of compensation for the yellow / brown water I had to experience. And especially compensation for being ignored for a month. I left a review on google to warn people as I was not warned and would of never gone if I knew the water was nasty. I could not shower or wash my hands or anything. I paid $123.98 on my credit card ending with the last 4 digits 2270. I attached a photo of the bathtub filled with yellow / brown water, which would then leave a pink residue.
