My Keytotheworld Master card is Deactivated. I tried to withdraw the last $19Aus from my card and after many days of trying the Banks, ATM's and local shops to use up the last few dollars I was advised for no explained reason that the card is Deactivated After calling the help line I was told that to re-activate the card I would have to e-mail over six forms of Identification and original receipts to Master card. Rather than risk my Identity theft over the Internet with all my personal documentation I decided to let them keep the $19 and post this e-mail story all over Social Media. Keytotheworld Mastercard also do SIM cards and Travel Insurance so good luck on any personal claims for compensation through to the Key to the World Master Card business. Joe D. Coombabah QLD.
