Transfer was pending for ages and they put me on hold for 2 hours

All I wanted to know was why my transfer was pending and why it was taking forever to receive. They put me on hold for two hours, and they don't have a phone number to call, so I had to talk to the automated agents. Then 3 HOURS LATER, they finally answered, and I asked them what was going on. They repeated themselves twice and switched agents at least three times during our conversation. I am not happy at all. It is an online bank, that is meant to know what customers want and be in touch with them quickly. User's recommendation: I would go for this bank if you plan on going abroad, it is easy to exchange money with but I would not have it as a full time bank, it’s absolutely useless.
