To whom it may concern, I had made a transaction the 19th of february with the amount of £250 but as the reference number was not written correctly the amount wasnt received to the according account at all. The person who was waiting for this payment to be made has talked with her bank and the bank had informed her this payment has been declined and delivered back, but I hadnt received any e mail of refund or contact at all.
