My husband took our 2004 Saturn Vue to this crook. First he took two weeks to fix it!! $2000 DOLLARS, then he called us and said that it needed a $400 PART that if we didn't have him fix, he wasn't going to warranty the work he did on the transmission!!! So that's $2400. finally we got it back and it drove OK for the first week. Then the engine started to make a loud rattling noise like something was loose. It got louder and louder when the car stops, then when you press the gas it feels like the engine is going to fall out. So my husband took it back and he kept it another two or three days. It sounded even worse when we got it back. We can't drive it and he wont give us our money back. we still owe $1700 to the finance company where we bought the car. And we gave him that was all of our tax money!!! What can we do, we need our car to take our children to school and groceries and laundry etc...HELP!!!
