We have a 2020 DBH274, the seals on the slideout are falling apart, there is water damage in the bunk area, caulking coming off everything, could be due to the moisture, molding coming apart, window seals coming apart and more. We have no timeline as to when or if this unit will be fixed. 4 pages of stuff that needs to be fixed. User's recommendation: Do not buy a Forest River Trailer, spend the money for quality.
