Tracking and customer service are useless.

I'm missing a shipment which has not had any tracking info since 5 May 2021. The delivery date was today but, the utterly useless "customer service agents", located somewhere offshore, seem to intimate that this problem is somehow MY problem. Now, this shipment originated in the UK and until it reached Canada, things seemed to be going as planned. Once the item was scanned into DHL at YYC it simply disappeared and the circus clowns at DHL Canada lack the motivation to call the service hub and ask where the *** my item is and of course, I cannot contact the service hub myself...for some stupid reason. The management at DHL Canada needs a kick in the pants for failing to deliver as advertised. User's recommendation: Avoid DHL at all costs. If your vendor insists on DHL then find a new vendor.
