A few weeks ago, after going to the TracFone Rewards website on my computer for a different matter, I saw that I could earn 50 points just by answering a survey question. I did just that and then was thanked for answering and that I had received 50 points. Problem is, I did not receive them. I even went into my profile to see if maybe they were pending and they were not. I had a hard time finding a way to contact them, but I found a way to send them feedback and get 20 points in return. Unsurprisingly, after doing so it told me I earned 20 points but I never received them. As of today, my total number of rewards points is missing 70 points. today, my total number of rewards points is missing 70 points. User's recommendation: Don't sign up for the rewards if you don't like not receiving what you're supposed to.
