I was charged $195 for a flat tire change, nothing complicated. I had the spare tire handy. I had only driven approximately 100 feet after the flat occurred, then was able to pull over, so the tire/rim were not damaged (other than the puncture in the flat tire). It only took the driver approximately ten minutes total time. I feel this was an exorbitant fee for such a simple job. I was in Naperville at the time, Jonny's advertised an address in Naperville, so I felt it was a local service. I feel this company engages in price gouging because they know that once the service is provided, the customer is stuck with it.
