I have ordered some an item from Opad and paid over $5, 000 for it. I was supposed to receive my order in few weeks but nothing arrived so I contacted Opad customer support and asked what was going on, and they said that they need some time to check on my order and promised to contact me back later. No one contacted me so I called again and they said that they have no idea where my order was. Then they promised me a refund and several day later I received my money back, but I was super angry when I found out that they refunded me only $2, 000! Wanted to get some explanations but they suddenly started avoiding me and I have no idea how to get the rest of my money back!
