Totally inept representatives

I have been on hold, only to get hung up on three times.In addition, I waited over half hour to speak with someone. My problem isn't difficult but no one has been able to help.me. All I get is our system won't let me check the problem. Then after being placed on hold for three times, I get cut off. No more Hilton for me. In addition, I am legally blind and not very computer savvy. User's recommendation: Don't bother as they do not care . Just there for a paycheck.
