Totally inaccurate report and no refund

I was considering a used car purchase. I bought a report from AutoCheck. The report showed no damage history and a clean title. Ultimately, from free sources on the Internet, I determined that the car had, in fact, been in a head-on collision, had been junked, subsequently rebuilt, and given a salvage title. I have repeatedly asked for a refund for this totally inaccurate report and have never received any kind of a response whatsoever. Based upon my experience, I would never use their "service" again.
