Totally disappointment

Was not told how billing works or about paying for the container. Have been calling for a month to have service canceled. Given the runaround by reps and a supervisor. Was told they would call me back. Did not happen. Requested service canceled still not canceled. Want to charge for pickup of container and gas for pickup. User's recommendation: Get all facts, record dates, time and person spoke with and reason for call.
