I wish we ready reviews beforehand. They took all my Dad's stuff, then called us and said the fees would be doubled because it was "double the cubic feet from the estimate." They demanded more cash with NO delivery date at all! Then I started reading reviews and everyone else had the same story! I called the Federal Dept of Transportation about them - they are a scam! Stay Away! User's recommendation: TOTAL SCAM - NOT A REAL MOVING COMPANY!
