On September 28 I brought in a cell phone to have the screen replaced to a mall kiosk for Wireless Depot. It was expensive ($120), but we were on vacation and in a hurry to have this completed. The technician replaced the screen, but broke the phone's microphone. He admitted breaking the microphone, but demanded $60 to fix what he had broken. His management backed him up. As you can see from the photos, the tech is definitely ashamed of who his is and how he treats people, but you can still make out his face. Apparently they take no responsibility for the damage they cause. I guess that's their business strategy--break things so they can get paid to fix them. Horrible people: incompetent, no ethics, unpleasant, dishonest. Avoid like the plague.
