Total loss = total waste of time

My car was wrecked and declared a total loss. The insurance paid their portion leaving a balance of 1300.00. I spoke to them and they assured me they would pay the difference and it would take 7-10 business days. After 7-10 days I received a letter from the lien holder saying gap did not pay. I call warranty solutions and I was told that they deemed my claimed “no gap” because I needed to pay my deductible. The guy I was on the phone with from warranty solutions began yelling at me saying, they are not going to pay at all. Then he told me there was no manager available & he was the only one in the department. Complete waste of money. It was the worst company and customer service ever.
