I purchased a 10 x 20 at my local tractor supply. I paid $130 plus tax took it home laid everything out of the box and go figure there was six main pipes missing the top was the wrong size and there was no bungee cords included !!! I had to call customer service and they mailed me the eight missing poles but they did not include the right top or the bungee cords !! So angry!! I have been ripped off sooo bad! Do t buy these! They used to be a good company... not anymore!! I will get my money back!! Never again! Dont waste your money and or time! You will get ripped off like i did !!! User's recommendation: Dont buy!! Youll be sorry!!!
