Total Disappointment of Order

I linked from the funeral home Website to Blooms Today and requested an arrangement to total, including delivery, somewhere in the $75 range (I thought that was a reasonable request). My only request was that it be some white lillies. I was told that would not be a problem. After I convinced the order taker I didn't want to sign up for a three month discount award at 9.99 a month, I completed the transaction. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home, I was appalled and embarassed with the "grocery store" mixed bouquet that was sent from my family. Apparently after deducting the $32.00 service fees and the the $5.00 Trees of Tribute (that I didn't know I ordered) this was all I could get for $75. Never order from them - I will let the Funeral Home know they are misleading and rip off grieving people.
