Took My Money and Never Delivered the Flowers

I placed an order online at Troy's Florist. I paid $70 for a bouquet plus a delivery fee. The flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day. I found it strange when a week went by and my friend hadn't called to thank me for the flowers. I called Troy's and was told that they didn't deliver the flowers because my order did not meet the minimum. This was never stated on my order. No one ever called me to say that they weren't going to deliver my flowers. They just took my money. When I complained, the told me if I wanted them delivered I needed to pay another $20. What? My flowers are now a week late, no communication and you want more money? I asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold and when the customer service person came back onto the phone she said that her manager authorized the delivery of the flowers even though it did not meet the minimum. She said they would be delivered the next day. Four days later my flowers were still not delivered. I called again. I got the same super rude customer service person who once again said they were not going to deliver my flowers due to not meeting the minimum cost. I once again asked why they did not contact me. She didn't even answer my question and simply stated, "we're refunding your money." Long story short, these people are TERRIBLE and have absolutely no communication skills or customer service. DO NOT USE TROY'S FLORIST!!!!
