my payment is due on the 24th of every month but they changed it to the 29th without telling me then took an additional 100.00 dollars out of my daughters left her short for her own bills they told me I needed a bank account for the senior discount so we used my daughter's when I called them about the money the guy was laughing he thought it was funny I started crying and was cursing him out I never been treated like that by anybody im on a fixed income they are horrible I only had this insurance for 2 months I want my money back they are thieves I have read other complaints and they are similar to mine
