Too many issues with the app

Terrible experience. The app freezes on a daily basis. You are unable to either start or end the trip, and end up having to call them and spend about 15 minutes holding because they receive too many calls. Customer service is friendly, but doesn’t offer useful solutions “just lock the doors and call us so we can end the trip for you”. Very disappointing and frustrating experience, I don’t recommend them at all.
