From January of this year to now I have had the most difficult time getting anywhere with a cancellation of my extended warranty. I've made numerous calls and SO MANY PROMISES of getting back to me and people that seem great and insist that they will take care of it - don't worry. On ALL occasions from the dealership, customer service, and online chat of promised call backs and we will escalated your case, I never got a call back. I am so disappointed and don't know where else to go to get resolve. I tried contacting them via email and received an automated response a week a go but still no one has contacted me. User's recommendation: Don't sit back and wait for your refund! Call and follow up. I trusted them and it got me no where!
