I rented a car through fox rent a car on Aug 13-18. I had a very disgusting experience when dealing with the sales representative Donna. I came to the counter with my itinerary on my mobile device, After she entered the conformation number twice. Donna told me I needed to go to economy car rental. Proceeded to look for economy car rental, although I knew my rental was for an economy size car. No luck as there is not an economy car rental at ft Lauderdale international airport. I came back to the counter and explained to her it said economy size car it was then I was called a liar. I asked another representative to help but the representative said I needed to finish my transaction with the same representative I started with. Donna then told me they do not accept same day rental agreements. Once again I correct her and let her know the rental agreement was made well before my arrival. I was still told that I was telling lies while other customers were around. I called the corporate number to report the incident and until today's date I have yet to receive a call back. I spoke to a supervisor from fox who said he would ensure that my issues would be resolved. This has been the worst rental experience ever User's recommendation: Choose another rental company.
